Property is good however we didn't get to check-in our room until 5pm with check-in being at 4pm. Manager didn't want to credit us $50, which is the cost of an early/late check in/out.

Room still had previous people's leftover food in the refrigerator. Bathroom had hair all over the toilet. Whirlpool inside did not work and was filthy both days. We checked in at 4 and our room was not ready until 5:30. We had a boat tour reservation that we missed because we needed to get into our room first. Money was lost. Would not stay here again.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions. This time the room was ready 1.5 hours after we arrived, however the manager and staff were accommodating for the delay and apologetic. The loft room was ok, though there are better rooms. The kids had a blast in the room. Property is super close to everything, a tremendous benefit.

My room smelled like urine, looked like something from the 70’s, and was small. I paid the same amount as my friend who had a gorgeous bigger beautifully decorated room.

Love the Cove! A few minor issues with our room…minimal hot water for showers, but over all a great stay! On site restaurant very convenient and priced reasonably. Spacious pool and very clean! Great location to downtown shopping and restaurants.
