The staff was excellent. The lady who checked us in. (I think her name was brandy or brandie) she was amazing. we were upgraded to a wonderful view of the pool area and lake. Everything was clean and nice. I will definitely stay here again .

You need to fix the VIP versus regular person check in. It took half hour for me to check in because for every one “regular” person you checked in, you checked in five VIPs. There was an extremely long line and only three guest agents. However, the room and amenities are nice. You need to have a coffee shop open early (like 5 am) and the gym needs to open earlier. Agent said it didn’t open until 9 am.
