Issue with Expedia and an another rate given after booking in conf email. Even when you double check not to use your credits. Was told it was flaw in their system, then later asked over repeatedly like I was clueless that I didn’t view it right and got numbers wrong. That was frustrating. Hotel check in slow I’m sure they are on limited staff not their fault. They also said many other guest with same issue regarding Expedia pricing, very upset guest causing a lot of trouble for them to contact Expedia, but when do so then told contact hotel. Circles of non accountability. If don’t use valet and have more than one bag a bit of walking from lot to hotel as parking was also very full. Couldn’t use a rolling cart either. None the less made it work just hard with toddler gear. Clean property. Packed lazy river and kid pool area. No pool towels anywhere by 630 and again by closing time, just make sure I guess grab them prior. Didn’t eat anywhere lines were packed. Room clean and nice. Bed was pretty hard and pillows thick and stiff just bring your own make it work for a night. Someone had a dog across hallway and it barked a lot. Rooms around us opening their door there is no slow close with doors so it slams shut several people just in and out. Woke up had a medical emergency had to leave asap which I barely slept between the bed, the dog, and doors we forgot some stuff was hard to relay to anyone left messages and email no response. Also couldn’t find supposed kiosk in gamble.

Lazy River was highlight of our stay!

The pool area was the highlight of our visit. There is a lazy river you can glide along in an tube and order a drink from the swim up bar. There are separate adult and famil pools and at least 3 hot tubs. The room itself was spacious, clean, well maintained and super comfortable. We will definitely back!

We only ate breakfast at Johnny Sanchez and it was great! However at checkout, I indicated to the young lady that I could not find my watch in my room when I finished dressing and asked her to have them pay attention when cleaning my room. I thought that I would have gotten a message or something that said they did or did not find it. But I was never notified. The watch was my casual everyday watch but I still would have wanted to know if they even were told to look for it.

Everything was nice. Food was very good more than enough. There should be a sign in the room concerning the cleaning. Sign was small and should be told at check in. No problem just would have been prepared. And where you can get extra towels for your room. But all was good.
