Very spacious room within walking distance to the Patronas Towers and shopping malls. When it came to the over all stay, majority of the lights in the room didnt work, however host did offer to move me, few things were broken in the room which i was able to notify host of. Pool is cold even on hot sunny days and some facilities were under maintenance. Was a bit shocked with the check in process as hosts dont wear name badges and felt a bit uneasy, lifts take forever to get to the floor your on even though there are 6 of them. But the over all very accommodating even with late check out

Very nice hotel with dining options. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Extensive breakfast from 6am. And the buggy ride to the terminal was fantastic.
