Their 9.4 rating was from 2020. Not sure they did anything since then. Housekeeping staff was very nice, room was clean. Place allows pets, which isn’t good for those that are allergic.

We had confirmation of a reservation but when we arrived we found out they had given our three rooms away. The staff said we were not registered even though we had our confirmation. The staff could have cared less and were not helpful at all. Won’t book with this hotel again

Okay Hotel

There are pros and cons to this hotel. The pros are it's a clean, quiet, affordable hotel with friendly staff. The cons is it needs updating on furniture, carpet and towels (the bath towel I used had holes in it). Also, for breakfast I would recommend adding fresh fruit, like apples and bananas as well as yogurt. First hotel I have been to that had no yogurt for breakfast. However, eggs and sausage were good.

The people at the front desk are awesome! I had a problem with my booking via Expedia however they got me a room squared away without too much issue. They offer two drinks and snacks per person after 4p until 9p, plus continental breakfast (check the dates because there was old yogurt advised several times but it wasn’t corrected) and the hot tub and gym is 24/7! Only issues were the dates on the food and it’s really dated in the rooms. Otherwise, it was very clean and wasn’t too noisy after hours. I would stay again if needed.

The hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are clean. This is an older hotel but they keep it up pretty well. They also have a great little continental breakfast and a daily happy hour. They also provide two drinks free per day per resident (soda, water, juice) and even some great free snacks. They also had a free nacho bar one night. And the staff is super friendly and unhelpful. I would stay here again.

We stayed for a couple of nights and we brought our little dog with us and we had a great overall experience. The room was very well appointed, clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel amenities were excellent and the staff was very helpful at all times. We will most definitely stay there again! Highly recommended, honestly.

It's been better.

We stay there often because it's usually great. However this time the shower water was lukewarm(not hot) both days and they didn't serve breakfast as advertised due to lack of guests. Also, had poor sleep due to loud refrigerator hum/vibration.
