Needs to up there game

3 nights stay. Didn't get off to a good start as no one spoke English and they couldn't find my reservation even thought I had the documentation. No hot water onbthe first evening so had to have tepid shower. Also, rhey had no credit card facilities so had to pay in cash. This could be a decent hotel but the management need tonget a grip
