Beautiful and peaceful

A lovely hotel conveniently located in central Siem Reap. There are many lovely details here. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It's unfortunate that there are no evening dining/bar options, but there are many places within walking distance.

Comfortable stay with exceptional service.

Five star experience in this classy, friendly hotel that goes out of its way to make you feel welcomed. The building is really cool. My room was clean and comfortable, with air con and a working safe. Room.was facing the street but I didn't notice noise outside at night. The hotel breakfast was excellent with a choice of fruits, salad, meat, omelette and a local soup noodles dish with various meat and noodles options. I also had a lunch which was brilliantly presented. I didn't try a massage as it's not my thing. The location is a 5 minute walk across the river to Pub Street and the night market, so it's a very easy and safe walk to get into the city without the noise of staying right in the centre But it's the staff that stand out here, the Cambodian people are extremely hospitable and service oriented and I saw that here.They always asked if everything was OK and if I was OK. I was unwell one day and they checked on me and offered assistance at the pharmacy if needed which was really appreciated. So I wil mention as many names as I can, with special mentions to Justin and Roth, the people I spoke to the most. Apologies for those I missed and also talked to. Moni my chatty friendly driver from the airport and Mike back. Both very safe and comfortable journeys. Cicy, Daneth, Pichii, Alice and Justin in reception. Phanit, Solang and Roth in the restaurant who explained everything. An outstanding team, thank you so much for making my stay a total pleasure!

Loved this place. Room was large and bed so comfortable. Staff were unbelievably friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Arrived late and they organised room service for us but also organised a packed lunch for us for a 3:30am start the next day. Pool was a little cold but very clean and looked after. Great happy hour and drinks delivered to the pool. Walking distance to pub street and plenty of restaurants. Fabulous place!!

Golden stars for the Golden Temple Hotel

I had a really lovely time at the Golden Temple Hotel. I was travelling solo and they suggested a three day custom tour that included a spa session, an excellent guide and driver for touring the temples (with breakfast on a boat) and a lovely morning learning how to cook Cambodian cuisine. The room was comfortable and very reasonable and the staff were friendly and accomodating. Siem Reap was easy to navigate and find nice places to eat. The temples are just simply amazing.

The Golden Temple Hotel was a fantastic place to use as a base. The staff are very attentive and happy to assist in any way. Breakfast was divine and if you have a chance, take advantage of the restaurant for lunch and or dinner - you wont be disappointed. Special mention to Mr Khun who was our driver. Mr Khun went above and beyond to show us the sights of the wonderful city and surrounds. He was an absolute delight to have as our guide and we would gladly recommend him to others.

The hospitality and warmth of the team at Golden Temple is unmatched. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make it an incredibly special day. They are very attentive and helpful with booking excursions as well as transportation around the city and to the airport to ensure a stress free vacation. Can't go wrong staying at the Golden Temple

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. We stayed 4 nights. The room was good. The pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Had dinner there one night and it too was excellent. Best part of the stay was the staff. The friendliest, most attentive and helpful group we have ever encountered in our travels. We used them to plan all our trips to the temples. Great location too walking distance to night market and many good restaurants and bars. Great stay!

Wonderful hotel! All the staff members were so gracious and helpful, and all spoke English, which was great for us. Amazing 1 week stay starting with the transportation from the airport. Alice greeted us with enthusiasm that I had never experienced before. She answered all our questions quickly and accurately. The entire staff from the front desk to the restaurant servers were exceptionally helpful, even when we made multiple requests. The spa was outstanding. The 3 of us went a total of 11 times and there were no disappoints. Do take advantage of the Khmer cooking class. It includes a tuk tuk tour of the Old Market where the local people shop for produce and meat. We recommend that you get one of the 4 rooms located next to the pool. Step out onto your patio and take a swim in the cool refreshing water. By the way, this hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Pub Street and a 18 minute tuk tuk ride from Angkor Wat. (Do go at sunrise!) We look forward to a return visit.

Simply Unbelievable!

Siem Reap is amazing! A lot to see and do. Night life in the Pub Street area is awesome, Better than any other city I know. And this hotel is amazing! Extremely luxurious and a great price. The room was HUGE. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful! We paid for the breakfast with the spa coupon. The spa coupon was $20 each which covers a basic massage in full and other massages are just a little bit more. Overall a wonderful experience!

This place is excellent. Boutique Hotel that treats you like 5 stars. The staff at this hotel is amazing, best customer service ever. We had a Royal Suite room right next to the pool. The pool was perfect after a long day temple touring. As we were in the pool, staff came by and said it was happy hour- a couple beers later we were happy and refreshed. We then did a couples massage that was one of the best and super reasonably priced. We ate dinner there both nights and they were both some of best meals we had so far ( we were in Thailand for 2 weeks prior). This hotel is a treat especially for the way they treated us. Book it. Please note we stayed 2 nights to do temples tour only. We did not check out around the hotel. We heard it was in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay! Drinks, food, pool…all great Also booked airport transport and Angkor Wat tour with the hotel. Worth every penny! Group of 7

Staff was outstanding. Went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable. Most attentive staff I’ve encountered, and I’ve traveled to several places. Pool was great-my daughter enjoyed it. Food was also good at their restaurant. Shopping was ~8 min walking. However, you can take a taxi and be there in 2-3 min. Highly recommend it. A*.
