I haven’t experienced the kind of tremendous hospitality that this hotel have shown us. This place is one of a kind, and a place close to my heart. From the welcoming smiles of the staff from Joey in the front desk to Ratanak from the restaurant. To their amazing Manager. Everyone’s just incredible. A welcoming peanut, banana chips and refreshing lemon drink to start your experience. To cold towel offered everytime you come back after a long hot trip outside. The respect and accommodation that they made us feel. That’s not the end of this amazing experience. I was surprised not once but twice with an early birthday gift. First, I was watching the Apsara show and in the middle of the show, I found myself being greeted by all the staff with a Happy Birthday with Fruit Cake. Second, I came back from a long trip to Angkor Wat and entered my room. A full on Birthday Decorations were prepared in our room with Balloon, flowers and greeting cars. I was blown away, I was speechless. I am truly grateful for the experience and hospitality from Golden Temple Boutique. I will take this experience back to Los Angeles with my heart full of love for this place. Thank you! For all the other staff that I cannot mention by name, know that I am also grateful to you guys as well.

Everything about the hotel is amazing. The staff are so attentive and helpful. We were lucky to have Pho as our tuktuk driver for our 3 days of touring the Angkor Wat archeology site. He was a delight. Breakfast was wonderful. It is walking distance to markets, restaurants, and Pub Street, but it is also quiet and well soundproofed. The room is spotlessly clean. The bed and bedding are extremely comfortable.

The beautiful Golden Temple Boutique Hotel!

Beautiful Siem Reap! Wonderful boutique hotel! 5 star! The staff were fabulous… they couldn’t do enough for us. Helping us with the tours, they were great recommendations. The pool, dining, stunning bedrooms, breakfast and the spa treatments were all first class. I chose a blind masseuse as they support the visually disabled. What an amazing experience that was. Will speak about the superb Cambodian hospitality when we return to the UK. Special shout out to Mathy, she made our brief stay perfect ! We will definitely return to the Golden Temple Boutique and stay longer!

We could not have had a better stay. The hotel sent someone to pick us up at the airport, and he turned out to be one of the managers. From the moment we walked into the hotel the staff bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. The room was huge and well appointed, we felt right at home. The building is solid and very quiet. All the stuff that we encountered were super friendly. We were staying here prior to meeting up with a group of friends at another property so we were only here for two nights, but after experiencing this hotel, I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Great location walkable to shopping and dining and Pub Street.

amazing stay

We have just had the most wonderful stay at the Golden Temple Boutique hotel in Siem Reap. It is brilliantly located and has all the facilities such as pool, bar, spa treatments etc. But it is the staff that makes this hotel outstanding .They greet you with such warmth and beautiful, genuine smiles. It happened to be my birthday whilst there and our room was decorated with balloons & flowers petals and the staff all came to serenade to me in the room with the cake. Thank you so much for making my special day even more special. They definitely go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible . You will not be disappointed.

This property is exceptional! I stayed for four nights and was beyond impressed by the service, food, amenities, and room. A complimentary bottle of wine and room upgrade were a lovely touch. The pool is clean and has sun and shade. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooms spacious and clean. Prime access to walk to (or easily grab a tuk tuk) to all major downtown attractions. Spa on site was also lovely.

Location was very good. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. The hotel set up a tour for us that was very good. The room was spacious. We found the bathroom dark and the soap and shampoo dispensers were not in the shower. We had to place them on the floor of the shower everyday and they were ceramic which could be dangerous if broken.

Excellent retreat in the centre of the town The staff are amazing too many people to mention as I cannot remember their names …the staff Cannot do enough for you and always smiling Chef Heat runs a great kitchen and his food is amazing Sad to leave !!

Wonderful & helpful staff. Vathu greeted us with delicious tea and reviewed amenities available. They arranged transportation to & from airport. The restaurant served delicious complimentary breakfast and our dinner was great. The spa was wonderful! I would definitely recommend!

We stayed like royalty.

Absolutely amazing stay. The rooms were huge and very nice. Slight issue was that the AC struggled to cool the entire room because it was so big, but still nice. Amazing staff and service. We had Pikun as our personal assistant during our stay and he was the most helpful and nice person we've ever had the pleasure of being helped by. We felt like we were treated like royalty. The location was also very nice and convenient. Walking distance from Pub Street and Night Market. There's a nearby Laundry service (less than 1 min walk) that charges $1/Kg which is very cheap amd useful. They offered boxed breakfast when we had early morning excursions before 6am. Regular breakfast was decent, but I wish it was more obvious that certain items like meat slices and cheese were over ice so I could be confident in their freshness. The spa was great and very affordable to do once if combined with an$20USD/Person coupon that we had. Not sure if that coupon was due to or Loyalty status with Hotels.com or if everyone gets it. Very nice massage. Lastly, the hotel restaurant cost $39USD Per person for a 5 course meal with an Apsara show. The show was very nice to experience and should be seen by everyone coming to cambodia, but there are certainly more affordable shows available elsewhere. The show had some audio issues with the speakers, but great seats. The only downside, I didn't feel the food was worth the money. I didn't like the Khmer set I had. My wife's western set was decent.

Cambodia Tour

Really nice hotel and staff. Nice pool. I had a very nice upgraded room with balcony. I enjoyed breakfasts and had very nice lunch at hotel. Great location. Pub Street 5 minutes walk but I found it gawdy, tacky and touristy. Not my thing. There are less touristy bars and restaurants very near hotel. Overall a very nice stay and I would stay again.
