Wir waren 9 Tage im Hane Family. Das Personal war überwiegend genervt. Es gab wenige Kellner, die freundlich und bemüht waren. Man hatte fast Angst, was zu bestellen, auch an den Theken. Ein Restaurant-„Chef” namens Yılmaz war der unfreundlichste und aroganteste Mitarbeiter im ganzen Hotel. Er hat nicht nur die anderen Kellner, sondern auch die Gäste angemotzt, wenn man bspw. nach einem freien Tisch gefragt hat. Das Essen war sehr unterschiedlich; mal hat es sehr gut und mal sehr schlecht geschmeckt. Die Auswahl war groß. Insbesondere das traditionelle türkische Essen war teilweise eine Katastrophe und hatte absolut nicht den anderen Geschmack. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht wirklich gewischt, man ist mit einem dreckigen Mop drübergegangen, sodass wieder Haare und Dreck, was ich selbst vorher weggewischt hatte, draufgelegen hat. Die Betten wurden täglich neu gemacht. Das Bad war leider auch nicht sauber. Die Armaturen und auch das Waschbecken wurden während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Das gesamte Personal ist in allen Bereichen einfach überfordert gewesen und dies wurde teilweise bei den Gästen ausgelassen. Für mich persönlich war es daher keine Erholung. Im Vergleich zu den bisherigen anderen 4* Hotels, die ich besucht habe, hat es die 4 Sterne nicht verdient. Ich habe diese Unterkunft aufgrund der guten Bewertungen der deutschen Gäste gebucht. Schade, dass wir dies nicht bestätigen können.
