I checked in for 3 days but finished my work a day early. When I checked out they said I had to give them a 24 hour notice even though I had stayed there for 2 nights already. They said I need to speak to the manager. I request the manager. Sorry he is not here. Can you call him. Sorry can't do that... This kind of BS is not acceptable. I will never stay here again.

No toilet paper or iron in my room. There were holes in our ceiling which I feared were cameras. There was mold and stains in the tin curtain , towels were scratchy , beds were stained I refused to sleep under the covers. Keys didn’t work on door continuously and staff member couldn’t fix it twice so I walked the property twice just to get ANOTHER key , no maintenance on property at all. Hallways had mold and stains and lifted paint. I got a non dmoking room and the whole place smelled like stale cigarettes.

It is okay

They have locks on the hot water on the shower so you can only take warm showers. The water from the sink was hot...i prefer hot showers especially since i was here to run a trail marathon. They were also doing maintenance upstairs so we were unable to nap during the afternoon due to the noise.

It was easily the poorest breakfast that I have every seen at a place advertising free breakfast with checkin. I will not go back to this establishment. The bathroom door in my room had 2 holes punched in that had not been repaired (or apparently reported). Notified the desk - they just said maintenance would check it the next day - On a 5 star rating system this place was a 1 or 2

Dirty and run down

The bed had black stuff all over it, the roof in the shower was caving in like it had water damage, and there was hair (different types) all over the bathroom. My husband wouldn’t even sleep under the covers.

Property needs ICE visit

Everything was ok until 11pm when the wing I was on started getting EXTREMELY LOUD, like shouting at the top of their (Spanish speaking) voices LOUD. The property was full of workers who didn’t care about anyone else but themselves. This went on for 30 minutes before I called the front desk (with my cellphone because the room phone didn’t work) and asked them to do something. The night manager came down, obviously nervous to say something to them and told me he would “call police in 5 minutes if they didn’t stop”! Really? 30 minutes later I called police. They were quiet long enough for the police to leave, then just moved to the end of the wing and continued to be loud until around 1:30am. I never did get back to sleep until after 3am. I honestly think they should refund half of my money because I only got half a nights rest.

My girlfriend had a Hydro phobia of spiders and when she found a big spider and I killed it and then we found a cockroach in the bathroom when I took the lid off the toilet to see why it wouldn’t fill up we left checked out

Room was nice and tidy you could tell some work was attempted with the bathroom vanity not being level. You could see the old flower wallpaper where the newer white plaster was missing in some spots. The room had a slight smell similar to old cigarette smoke but not overpowering(had non smoking). TV, phone, shower, faucets water pressure worked. The hallway needs new carpeting there's lines where it's unraveling. The side entrance steps are cracked and buckling. There was also random graffiti and charcoal grill not far from the side entrance. There's no vending machines yets placards saying there are. The breakfast is nothing more than coffee and prepackaged muffins. There was trash in front of some of the rooms the day we checked in and still there the next day. There was some guys remodeling the room across the hall but the noise was minimal and stopped before 5pm. Not the worst place I've ever stayed at but not the best. Overall if you just need a bed it's not bad.
