The staff and stay was great (nice bedding, Keurig (I had to try & clean it) but I feel like we were put in the crappiest room by the stairwell. It looked like a pet room (we don’t have a pet) The room needs attention. The head board is all ripped up. The side chair looks like it was attacked by a cat. Furniture pretty banged up. The handle from shower fell off (we put back on) The towels are getting tired but I was ok with it as they were clean. Other than that it was good. I would have liked more channel selection. The buffet was better than expected and the care taker of it was very kind and attentive. We would return but would hope a better maintained room next time. The price was more than fair so over all I am still giving an excellent rating.

The hallways were dirty, room was gross. Sheets were dirty and stained. There were also bugs in the breakfast area. It was cheaper that's why we stayed, but would not recommend.

When we walked in our room, my daughter screamed and said there was a mouse. I found a mouse trap with a dead mouse in it and took it to the front desk and asked for another room. We then went to the pool and found that there were no pool towels and the hot tub was cold. We went back to our room. The next day we went swimming and the hot tub was warm but I noticed both stairs to get out of the pool are broken. Bottom rung is loose and the posts loose so the stairs are about to fail all together. This place is old and run down.

This was our first stay. Affordability and loved that they upgraded us to a room for our family. We got in very late or early morning and the staff was excellent!!
