The outside, lobby and lounge were updated and nice. The rooms not so much. The bedding is old and pillows smelled musty. We were not impressed. However, the lobby and lounge were nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet wasn’t bad either.

Hotel staff wasn’t terribly warm at check-in. Hotel is showing its age. Dated lobby, room was as well. Everything was clean, except for the elevators. Breakfast was fine.

Individual at check-in spoke fast and was hard to understand. They need to give handout info for all facilities as not all people use electronics. Hotel was date and in, what appeared to be, an industrial area. Limited dining options after a long day on the road. Room was fine, but dated. The whole hotel looked like it was out of the 70s. Breakfast was the highlight. Great choices and never ran out.

Very large hotel...as it was a convention centre...nice breakfast...only downside was the entrance door to entrance B was unable to close and continually open leaving the property insecure and would allow anyone to walk in the property ...this was obviously known about as it had a out of order notice over thebutton to automatically open it...

Okay for the money

The hotel is older and it's certainly noticeable. I've stayed here before, but this time was not so great. My first room had a broken air conditioner. Not the end of the world, they moved me to a new room, but that room smelled of either cigars or cigarettes. But they do have a decent restaurant.
