Had to change rooms a couple times due to cleanliness issues. Front desk was polite but feel we should have had a discount at the minimum for the inconvenience we encountered.

There was not breakfast served even though the website said breakfast included. The website also said front desk staffed 24/7. When I arrived I had to call a number and wait for someone to arrive to check me in. Then when it was time to check out no one was at the front desk and I had to call again to be able to check out. Felt very unsafe and unfriendly.

For the cost, I was concerned this motel might be gross, but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The beds were only doubles, but it was clean and comfortable and you can't beat the price.

There was no one at the desk this time of year, you had to call and someone would come up. I was loading the car and left my backpack in the room, which had my room key in it. There was a phone for you to use but it didn't work. I waited 10-15 minutes until another person was leaving, and I was able to get them to call for me. Not a fun time.
