Besides my reservation being cancelled in error, the desk clerk was very nice and resolved the issue, very accomodating. Parking lot well lit and there was plenty of handicapped parking places. Room was clean and everything looked clean and fresh. Breakfast was awesome. Have never had a better breakfast. Selection was phenomenal and the hostess was cherry, smiling and singing Christmas Carols. She made sure to greet and ask if you found everything you needed. Will stay here again!

Tracie - the receptionist and Linda - kitchen manager were simply awesome. Their smiles definitely brought the warmth to my day. And a very special thanks and service excellence credit to Tracie, who went out of her way to help me get ready for my son's wedding. Being alone to doll myself up definitely brought its set of challenges. But Tracie was GOD sent angel - who was at the right place at the right time with the right spirit, was amazing! They had just "shampooed" the carpet in our room and had to pull the dryer out just as we were arriving. There was so much Dog Hair all over that got onto our clothes. I am traveling for business and will be looking for places to stay that don't allow dogs.

The staff was absolutely top notch and super friendly. They addressed issues quickly and positively and felt like old friends by the time we checked out. They provided fast, appropriate documentation to submit regarding a dispute with Expedia. Will definitely stay here in the future and will recommend to others. The warm, welcoming, fun, and energetic staff members are so wonderful.
