- Bad service. Packages shipped to my room were not in my room, staff could not find them. Staff acted like I was asking too much when I asked for help getting the packages into my car. - Terrible water pressure - Curtains broken so the room was not black at night and you could see into the room from the parking lot. This creates a security concern as I was on a lower floor. - Do not recommend the food at the restaurant - Said they would provide maid service and did not - I do not recommend for business travel

We didn’t get to stay unfortunately because of the horrible weather on both the highway 11 and 17 road closures. Unfortunately messages through the hotels app went unanswered. Otherwise we have stayed here before and enjoyed it a lot. We just didn’t enjoy not having any options after paying full price.

The room was comfortable. One thing I was kinda upset about was not having a bath tub when I had specifically request one. The drain in the shower was so clogged they everything we showered it overflowed

The lifeguard stood out to me because she was very attentive and focused in the kids. She was ready to do her job if need be. She was very friendly and nice with the children. The last time I stayed. Here the lifeguard sat in their phone the entire time. Was nice to see someone care and enjoy their job
