Reception staff was reasonable. Breakfast (at restaurant) was good. One great surprise: The housekeeping team was attentive with high EQ and could attend to what we needed to make our stay an enjoyable one. They also made it a point not to disturb us, especially for the not-morning-person us. Definitely going back for our next trip to Shanghai!

This positive atmosphere is a clear reflection of good management and training. The hotel's design is the real standout—the spaces are beautifully decorated, from the grand entrance to the rooms. The staff are very good, giving advice and communicating at a good level. The bedroom is big and comfortable, but cleaning is not much, maybe because the staff do not dare to touch the customers. There is a shuttle bus service to the airport, to the exhibition building, and help when I have a problem with losing my phone on the taxi and helping to coordinate very well. Full 10, I give 100. The only downside is that this area is very far from the subway, making travel not very convenient.
