What a gem of a property. Free airport shuttle. Modern interiors & rooms. Great staff who are very helpful. Great buffet breakfast on the 2nd floor. Only gripe I have is that some of our group rooms had soft beds, some rooms had hard beds. Other than that - great stay!

The staff was super helpful and accomodating with our check-in/ check out. Fantastic rooms and hotel ammenities. Location was perfect for us for a quick lay over in Shanghai, with many local spots around. If youโ€™re staying for more than a couple days - it was a 10 mins Uber to closest station and 45 mins on train to city center. Overall extremely happy with everything. Airport shuttle was also easy and efficient

The hotel was innovated, it is much better the condition 7 years ago. The shuttle service to PVG was on time. There are so many local restaurants nearby the hotel, some restaurants open 24 hours, so convenient. By the way, the lady with employee number 303 is very friendly and helpful.
