Excellent staff, room quality, amenities. The only problem was the floor smelled like smoke even though we had a non-smoking room.

这个酒店从我入住到退房没办过一件利索事，一直出现问题，还牛逼哄哄的态度极差，我还没入住他们就把我的订单当成其他人的已经开了房，我给他们看我的订单还嫌弃我订单上面信息不全，他们自己酒店自己的订单都不知道开错了还嫌我没法提供订单号，最后气得我连上vpn给他们看了我gmail里的确认信他们才没话了，但是从始至终没道歉过。 退房的时候也是，没收到退的押金结果他们还带着冷笑， 说什么哼你自己都不记得了现金还是支付宝， 真的把我气炸了我弄得匆匆忙忙记不得了还不是因为他们大半夜的找不到我的订单让我在这穷乡僻壤跟他们耗着态度还差的要死， 而且开房的时候乱七八糟， 只留了我的手机号和hotels， 没给我任何凭证。 来这个酒店住就是找气受，再也不会去住了， 垃圾酒店
