Clean rooms, very good friendly and helpful support staff. We had a flickering light fixture and it was replaced within 15 mins. Great choices for breakfast and dinner. Very close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel may look old on the facade but the interior of the room is great. The bedding is comfortable and I rested well while I was there. Location is 5 mins walk from the subway station.

Very convenient location situated close to many shops and places to eat. Walking distance to the Bund and experiences. Hotel property is a bit older and there seems to be construction right across and adjacent to the hotel which dampens the daily views from the room.
