Our stay was wonderful. The facilities were great and the convenience of staying here really made a difference. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, this was when we met one of the chefs Dach Song. He was very friendly and made the effort to interact with the hotel guests. He made scrumptious foods, from wonton noodle soup, to special orders. He really made our stay at the hotel memorable. Dach's willingness to engage with the hotel guest and friendly personality made sure that everyone was happy. The other workers at the buffet were very helpful by clearing out plates and providing us scrumptious food made the stay feel much better. The cleaners also did a wonderful job at making sure that our rooms were near and tidy to ensure that all the guest had a clean environment to sleep in and stay. The services were extraordinary as when someone couldn't find their way or needed assistance, the service desk was ready for directions. Being connected to a shopping centre allowed convenience allowing guest to easily enter and exit the building helping others to escape rain or to just shop. My stay was very pleasant and I highly recommend.

My wife and I had a great stay at the Radiason Blu Shanghai. It’s amazingly convenient to the Metro stations and a stone throw away from the great Nanjing East Road shopping belt and The Bund. Definitely will come back to stay here for our next trip again.

The staffs are very helpful and take initiative to help. The location is great and for transport, shopping and sight seeings! I will definitely want to stay here again in my next visit!

Room is clean, just I don't like the Deluxe room layout design, the gym facilities is good. The hotel is at a strategic location. Convenient and walkable to Nanjing Road. New world shopping center is next to hotel.

The front desk staff went out of their way for me and gave me late check out and gave me very good directions on how to get to the airport. I was particularly impressed with the front desk young woman who was of Russian or Slavic origin.

Room is a bit dated, but everything worked properly. Beds were great, had wonderful sleep. Staff is friendly, location is very good. Right outside the metro, close enough to the beginning Nanjing walking street but far enough from the chaos of it all.
