The hotel was clean and very convenient located. However, we had problems checking in. We arrived around 1pm at the hotel. The rooms were not ready so it's okay. The front desk person told me that he would give me two rooms on the 21st floor. One room with two beds and the other room with a king size. It's fine even though i asked for two beds in both rooms. When i returned to hotel at 3pm, another person told me that there were no 2-beds available. Both rooms only had single bed. So i said it's not okay. My brother and sister can't be on same bed. So don't pick this hotel. They cannot guarantee 1-bed or 2-bed on the room that you pick.

Great location, comfort and value.

Great location, from inside the hotel you go through a mall and you’re at Nanjing pedestrian road, and if you exit through the street you’re at People’s Square which has many subway lines connecting to airport and railway stations. We booked a suite and it was really spacious and comfortable, with an amazing bathroom and great views. There was also a tea kettle and nespresso machine and they’d replace pods and tea bags daily. Two downsides: I couldn’t figure out how to turn the minibar on (but I noticed in general throughout the city the cold beverages were seldomly cold) and the wifi was flaky, but none of that really bothered me or my wife. Oh, the rooftop bar is great for a night drink, amazing view. And the staff is also very helpful and polite.

Great Location

Great location hotel and we got upgrade to large unit which had seperate lounge. Slightly older hotel but size room and facilities great. Location is fantastic for metro and getting around Shanghai. Breakfast had so many choices was great.
