Comfortable sta

We stayed in the largest room in the hotel. Our six nights in the hotel was comfortable, only issue was there was a couple of days the weather was very cold, but the receptionist gave us their own heater that was meant for themselves. Generally clean and comfy. A 10 min walk to Yu Garden and they have a shuttle bus to some tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut! Angenehm waren auch die kostenlosen Getränke im Zimmer. Leider muss man aufpassen, weil man schnell ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen kann. Das Personal kann leider auch sehr wenig bis kein Englisch, was die Kommunikation zusätzlich erschwert. Ansonsten war die Lage aber sehr gut und zentral.

Je mets 1 étoile rien que pour le fait que l'air conditionné de l'hôtel était que en mode chauffage, impossible de mettre la climatisation dans la chambre. Il fait à minima 25, on nous dit d'ouvrir la fenêtre (qui donne dans une court ou on entend toutes les autres chambres..) et si le bruit est dérangeant on vous donne des bouchons d'oreilles.. Loin d'être digne d'un Mercure. L'emplacement est légèrement différent, il est sur la grande artère juste en dessous, à 10/15 min des 2 stations de métro

晚上旁邊房間有人大叫大哭

一直都很好，但最後一個晚上，旁邊房間的人一直大叫，大哭。知道是跟酒店沒關係，酒店也換了房間。但酒店人員說，旁邊房間沒有人。有點恐怖。

驚喜的酒店

在辦理入住登記時，前台職員居然說未有記錄，擾攘了十分鐘多，又有記錄出現，真奇怪 ！上到房間冷氣居然27.8度，找了職員查詢後，得知是中央冷氣沒有辦法，這麼熱的房間如果在冬天我就很喜歡， 但是在4月份的天氣就.........好彩前台職員給我一把冷風扇，等我在晚間得以入睡，從未試過住酒店要用風扇，真驚喜！早上下樓經過前台，職員不會主動說聲早晨，回來經過亦不會主動問好，基本上服務態度是不合格好，仍有待改善。可能是一分錢一分貨嗎！

직장동료와 개인별로 예약을 하였으며 저는 100위안가량 높은방을 예약하였음에도 전혀 다른방이 아니었으며 City View를 요청하였으나 제공받은 방에는 창문 밖으로 아무것도 볼수가없었음. 예약 시 결로에따라 금액이 다른것은 인정할 수 잇으나, 높은 금액을 지불하였음에도 같은방을 배정하고, 층간소음과 옆방에서 나누는 대화를 모두 들을 수 있다는것은 불만사항입니다.

객실 자체는 깨끗하고 좋았는데 간식 살 편의점이 멀었고 지하철로 가기엔 좀 많이 걸었어요 가장 가까운 편의점을 물어봤는데 걸어서 5분? 좀 넘는 정도 거리에 있는 슈퍼를 알려주셨고 ... 그 슈퍼는 허름하고 냉장고에서 담배냄새가 심하게 났어요 결론적으로 위치만 조금 별로! 방은 좋아요 미니바에 콜라 하나는 무료로 주기도 하고!

Gostei bastante. Atendimento bom, quarto confortável e tudo muito novo. Café da manhã é muito bem servido. Localização muito boa, próxima a estação Laoximen. Deixa a desejar porque não tem almoço ou jantar, mas tem um shopping em frente. Muito limpo também.
