warmest feeling one can experience

Regardless of how many stars one assigns to this establishment, one point stands out and that single point is enough to make me return to this hotel whenever i am in this area. That is, attitude and service. I have not seen such kindness and warmth in years of travel, emotions that make you feel that you are coming home. Every one on the staff is like so, from the moment that the gentleman by the door, who welcomes you warmly even before you turn the corner of the street that leads to the hotel, to the driver/coordinator on the shuttle bus, who treat you as if you are a family member leaving for a long journey. These are not isolated impressions, and i can go on and on. When i happened to mention my thoughts to the manager, he was modest and declined any credit - which is obvious to anyone with any operational experience. This is a very well managed hotel indeed. Granted the furnishing may not be the most luxurious and the locale is more ethnic than western, but if you are looking for a home away from home in the chuansha area, this is the place.

Outstanding Hotel Staff

Highly recommended! Outstanding customer service provided by Hotel Staff - felt like i was in a Japanese hotel and not in China. Airport Bus driver was very friendly and drinks and snacks provided to customers. Hotel room was clean as expected. We had an early flight before breakfast started but all customers were provided with takeaway breakfast to eat on the bus on the way to airport.

Good Staff, Poor Rooms

Really tiny room, no outside window - had a window to the hallway. Who would want that? Really noisy, hearing people slamming doors, talking in hallway. Smokers everywhere, rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, cigarette butts thrown everywhere. But, staff were great! Friendly, helpful and that was for everyone, including cleaning staff and breakfast staff. So, good management. Just poor rooms and smoking issues.

Clean, friendly, near PVG

Starting with hotel pickup through check-out, everything was a breeze. The staff are incredibly friendly and warm. Granted, I only stayed overnight due to an extended layover. The proximity to the airport works well if you're in transit - free shuttle to and from. Room: clean, modern, spacious. Although mine faced the street and was a bit noisy, it wasn't enough to bother me or keep me up at night. I plan on staying here again on my way back and am sure it will be just as delightful.

浦東空港へ朝早い異動が必要だったため初めて利用しました。フロントの対応が良く、心配りもされていて好印象でした。唯一のマイナス点をあえて挙げるとすればWiFiの遅さです。しかし、睡眠を取るためのほんの数時間の滞在目的だったので気にならない範囲でした。

移動の為の前泊

綺麗なホテルです。空港まで送迎バスがあります。 ショッピングモール、地下鉄駅から少し距離があり、歩いて15分程掛かります。 エレベーターがひとつである為、ロビーに人が溢れていた事、その為にチェックインがスムーズに行われなかった事が残念です。

家族的な雰囲気のホテル

フロントのディズニーキャラで癒され、従業員も皆笑顔で親切に接してくれました。充電器、スリッパが濡れたので追加を依頼したのですが、直ぐに届けて貰いました。浦東空港までの送迎もあるので便利です（行きは、浦東空港からタクシーに乗ったが、空港から近いので、運転手はずっと文句を言っていた。５時間も待って、こんなに近いのかよって。）。
