Pros: Staff spoke English
Cons: I had booked a deluxe king room. When I arrived I was told that the room I booked was small and did not have free internet. I had to pay extra.
Location: Too isolated, distance from metro
Facilities: Nothing special, rooms mediocre; Value: Rip-off, no fitness facilities; Service: Inferior, Awful, waited for thirty minutes; Cleanliness: Poor, Carpet in hallways dirty; Honesty in advertising; room was well below the standard of other Shanghai five star hotels I have used.
