The JW Marriott Shanghai was more than we had ever expected from a Hotel. Food, Staff, Location, Service, Room, Cleanliness everything was perfect, more than we could have ever hoped for in a foreign Country and we spoke no Chinese at all. The only ever so small issue which we would mention, and this is only because we are not used to this while living in Australia, is the smell of cigarette smoke through out the rooms. Apart from this ever so small criticism, everything was EXCELLENT! We would certainly choose to stay with JW Marriott Shanghai again!!!

Stay of Trip

Fantastic hotel beaten only by it's staff. They really care about you having a pleasant stay. Will stay again if only for staff but roof top pool in Shanghai doesn't hurt!!
