Mind Refreshing With No Rip Off

Ibis especially in China is always a good choice from the value for money perspective and the Shanghai property is not an exception: Very friendly staff, reasonable room size, satisfactory cleanness and peaceful ambience to rest after always a full day in Shanghai. The bathroom is capsule type, but adequate for its purpose, though the water pressure on 3rd floor was a bit reluctant. Three MTR stations nearby, 10 minutes by walk each, quite convenient to quickly reach other parts of French area to chill during rush hour. Overall, good stay and will repeat definitely!

Great value, great hotel

a great value for the foreign traveler. I lost my cell phone, and the front desk staff went out of their way to locate it at a restaurant and taxi..English proficiency is excellent. The hotel rooms are immaculate and spacious. Highly recommend it for English-speaking guests who want to stay in the Jaio Tong university area.

In fact, it is located at Huaihai Area, not Xujiahui. It takes 15mins from hotel to Jiaotong University metro station by walk.

convenient to Local

If you need something convenient to this area of Shanghai, it's clean and serviceable. Beds are typical of Asia which is very firm. Friendly helpful staff. Small pod type bathroom similar to that on a cruise ship. We were there due to our son attending the local SJTU so it was convenient. Great local food nearby.

Dirty and run down hotel. Ibis should be ashamed.

Filthy carpets and corridors. Run down rooms. And reception staff that literally do not speak one word of English. Ibis is pulling a joke on its customers. Not worth staying here at any price.

Nice budget hotel

Check in was very smooth. There was a 100 yuan deposit for wifi router. Staff was very friendly and professional. They even booked a taxi to the airport for me for the following morning. Room was clean, the bed was quite hard though. The bathroom was compact but efficient. Checkout was fast and smooth. Overall a nice stay

I traveled with my 2 year-old son with lots of bagages. Since the bagage delivery service is not available, I needed to put my bagages on the troller by myself and deliver to my room; fortunately, staff is willing to help. As per the hotel standard, our room is pretty spacious and clean that I appreciated a lot. The location is 10 min walk to metro.

Good hotel for experienced budget travelers

If you need to use the Internet, forget about this hotel. Or else you will have to get up at 5 am to use it. Otherwise, it is an ibis on a quieter side street of Shanghai. The cab driver could not find it.

Zimmer und Bad sauber, jedoch in schlechtem Zustand (insbesondere die Armaturen im Bad). Schlechter Geruch im Zimmer am ersten Tag. Schlechte Aussicht aus den meisten Zimmern - aus dem gegenüberliegenden Gebäude können entsprechende Zimmer komplett eingesehen werden. Kein Safe, kein Kühlschrank. Nur ein Aufzug, was häufig morgens zu Wartezeiten geführt hat. Ab Mai heiße und stickige Hotelflure, da stets alle Fenster im Flur geöffnet sind. Lage OK, jedoch mind. 15 min Fußweg zur nächsten Metro-Station. Insgesamt enttäuschend.

L'hotel è pulito e il personale è cortese ma un po' distratto. Ad esempio, al momento di ritirare i nostri vestiti lasciati alla lavanderia, hanno fatto confusione mischiandoli con quelli di altri clienti, e al momento del check-in hanno in un primo momento richiesto il pagamento della stanza, nonostante fosse già stato effettuato tramite Expedia, confondendosi. La stanza è comoda, ma la doccia che allaga inevitabilmente ogni volta l'intero bagno è fastidiosa.

附近有很多吃的，不過距離地鐵站步行也要15分鐘，如果多行李的話就很吃力了！房內洗手間淋浴間的去水位一直有臭味傳出來！床鋪有零碎塵塊，像是冷氣糟吹出來的！不過服務員挺幫忙的！
