The room was huge, with a separate toilet and bathroom, perfect for families. Breakfast was pretty good, with cereals, eggs and bacon as well as more traditional Chinese food. The view from the terrace on level 11 was really nice.

Staying here for my first time in Shanghai and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were very helpful and always welcoming, the rooms were cleaned everyday and came with multiple sets of robes and slippers. There are amenity kits and fully stocked with plenty of hair shampoo, conditioner. There was always fresh tea and water bottles available as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The best thing about this property was the location.Very Close to The Bund , the metro and Yuyan Gardens area. The room was spacious and the breakfasts were better than some of the other hotels where we stayed in China. Less variety but better taste. Staff was helpful, some only moderately friendly, but I think that’s the way service is in China.

An excellent location for venturing on foot to the Bund, the main strip, and the historic colonial centre of Shanghai, with tons of local eateries and stores. The hotel has great, modern, comfortable rooms, and it is well-priced. However, I travelled to Shanghai a few times about 10 years ago, and I was surprised by the low service levels and the English proficiency of the young staff at all the hotels I stayed in on this trip.

Great location. Close to the bund and Yuyu garden. Free mini bar. Eric one of the employee was really helpful. We were trying to order food to our room but had trouble because we do not have the local number. He was so helpful and even order it using his own phone.
