The kitchen is fully equipped, resulting in a charming and comfortable space. The apartment has Air Conditioning throughout its space and Internet with FIBER, via WIFI or directly to the router so that you can take advantage of the full capacity of the service.

The apartment is located in the famous neighborhood of LA MACARENA. La Macarena is a very fashionable neighborhood where you can breathe a creative air. In the area there are unique book and vintage clothing stores, and the Mercado de la Feria, where it is possible to taste croquettes and paella. The amount of the copies of the same will be charged.- Lost objects. The company will not be responsible for objects left in the apartment that are not found by our cleaning staff. Check well before leaving the apartment.- Sending forgotten objects. In the event that we find a forgotten object in the apartment, we can send it to your home postage due, after payment of the service / delivery management of € 50.- Respect rest hours of the neighbors. From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Do not cause noise nuisance.- Pets are not allowed.- Parties or events are not allowed.
