I’ll stay there again if possible.

Excellent facility and the staff was fantastic, friendly, cheerfully helpful. If I must point out some flaw,probably the head maid opened the door to my room on twice without knocking first, but immediately withdrew before fully opening it.

Perfect location for Palace and Cathedral on a traffic free alleyway, so reasonably quiet. Beds were very firm, we found them uncomfortable so did not sleep well. Breakfast was adequate. We upgraded our room and were advised mini bar was included, it contained 2 beers, 2 bottles of water and 3 cokes. Good value hotel in central location.

Great location and great customer service

The location was perfect for our 2 nights stay, Barrio Sta. Cruz.The customer service was great. The employees of the hotel were very polite, helpful and spoke English very well. When I told the front desk that I needed help in calling a taxi very early in the morning on our departure, they called. The taxi arrived in 10 min. I highly recommend Hotel Murillo.

Overall great place! Great walking distance to plaza de España and the Cathedral. Many shops and plenty of good food options. The room was adequate, although on the first floor it was noisy and we had issues with the shower working correctly. Staff was very helpful and knew good english.
