I arrived mid-evening to a pleasant greeting and seamless check-in. The rooms were large and quiet and the bathroom spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There is AC but I didn't really use it as the temperature was low 20s and it wasn't humid. That being said I opened the windows each morning and evening to let fresh air in and stuffiness out. Breakfast was the usual fair and the coffee was on tap so a great way to start each day. I sat by the pool reading for an hour or so most days, but it was only during the second half of my stay that it got busier as the temperature climbed to mid-20s earlier in the day. (The spa and gym are not part of the hotel but discounts are available. I chose not to avail of these as the weather was good enough, so I didn't see a need to chill indoors for a day.) I usually finished my evenings in the hotel bar with a coffee as it usually had a football match on the large screen so there were always others around the area. FYI...The hotel is a little outside of the old quarter but that suited my activity style (maybe a 30 minute walk to the main sites). But the hotel is in a busy area, Nervión, so is surrounded by restaurants and tapas bars as well as being near a shopping area and the Seville FC stadium. This also meant I could choose if I wanted to stay local or walk into the more touristy areas for a coffee or bite to eat.

The large balcony was amazing! We were able to sit outside and watch some of the Easter processions from our balcony. Bed was comfortable, room was nice. Shower was to die for - could have stayed in there for hours. Very close to transit to get to where you need to go. Onsite parking was a great feature.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast served at the restaurant had variety. The hotel overall had a lovely vibe and was close to restaurants, mall and supermarkets. The train station was right next door. It was about 30 mins walking distance from all major attractions. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, with stylish and colorful decor that we loved. My husband and I arrived at 11 AM, hoping to check in early. The app stated that check-in began at noon, and we even received a reminder from the hotel via Expedia confirming this. However, when we arrived, the receptionist informed us that our room wasn’t ready and told us to come back later. Since we had an early morning, we decided to grab something to eat. Unfortunately, the reception staff was neither welcoming nor helpful—it felt as though we were inconveniencing them while they were busy with administrative tasks. After breakfast, we returned, only to be told that check-in was actually at 3 PM, contradicting both the app and the hotel's own message. When I mentioned this, they shifted the blame to Expedia, claiming it was misleading information and not their problem. We made the best of the situation and went for a walk, returning at 5 PM to check in. It then took them 30 minutes to provide us with a room—only for us to discover it was already occupied, with someone else’s belongings inside. I had to go back to the front desk and wait another 20 minutes before finally getting a new room. In the end, we didn’t get into our room until 6 PM. While the hotel itself was modern and beautifully designed, the staff’s service was extremely disappointing.

My family and I had a fantastic overnight stay at Hesperia Sevilla! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable beds. The location was perfect—close to the metro, but we also easily took Ubers to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We accidentally left something in our room after checking out, and the staff has been extremely helpful in working with us to get our item back to us. Looking forward to our next visit!

TODO MUNDO MUY MUY AMABLE, MARIA ROCIO FUE MAS QUE AMABLE CON NOSOTRAS, NOS AYUDO ENORMEMENTE. TAMBIEN EN RECEPCION EL CHICO QUE ESTA EN LA NOCHE CREO SE LLAMA PEDRO FUE DE GRAN AYUDA. LO UNICO MALO FUE QUE NO PRENDEN EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN TIEMPO DE FRIO. Y HABEMOS PERSONAS QUE TENEMOS CALOR AUN EN INVIERNO Y PRIMAVERA.
