The apartment was great. Plenty of room in the lounge/kitchen area. Only problem was the light coming through the bedroom blinds - park lamps going all night. Coffee maker and dishwasher in the apartment. Short walk to big shopping centre. 25 min easy walk to historic part of town.

Seville stay during mid sep

The place was clean and very comfortable equipped with basic and necessary amenities and close to restaurants and grocery and shopping mall's. It was also very close to train station almost 1.5 miles away.

It's a very elegant building. The outside still has some construction going on but nothing noisy. The entire building is top quality from the hallways to the free laundry to the gymnasium to the room and the bathroom and the kitchen. Brand new with brand new designer furniture. AC works perfectly. Very very Central we walked the plaza de espana. We got lucky and found free parking on the weekends right in front of the building. The next block is the largest mall in Seville. Everything is so clean, the streets and the sidewalks.

Comfort in Sevilla

This apartment is brand new. Everything about it is great. When we got there the air conditioner was on and the apartment was cool. Sevilla is hot especially in the summer and it was so nice to come in and the apartment was at a nice temperature. I would definitely stay here again. I did run into a question to get in. There were two doors on this building that had the address “No. 3”. I went to the wrong door first. I was confused and so I sent a message to the property manager. They answered immediately (and in English) and that cleared up my confusion. We had a great stay at this place.

Oda temiz çok ferahtı. Mutfak temiz ve tüm malzemeler vardı. Kahve çay, çay ve sirke bile vardı. Bulaşık makinesi deterjanı da. Konumu merkeze otobüsle 5 dk. ulaşım çok kolaydı sürekli otobüs vardı. Giriş çıkış kolaydı. Güvenli bir konumu var ve içerdide güvenli giriş var. Yakınlarında carrefour ve el corte ingles nervion gibi alışveriş mağazaları vardı. Teşekkürler

Es war ein rundum sorglos Paket! Das Apartment war sauber, sehr großzügig, küche war toll. Das angrenzende gym war in einem super zustand und sauber. Die Möglichkeit vor ort zu waschen ist toll. Die kommunikation war super. Die lage ist top. Flughafenshuttle per Bus direkt vor der Tür. Mit der Metro oder Straßenbahn schnell bei den großen Hauptattraktionen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Für genügend Lokale in der Umgebung ist auch gesorgt. Wir würden es auf jeden fall empfehlen uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
