Lovely hotel, impeccably appointed. Dont let the generic, soul-less exterior taint your impression. Location ideal for train station but far from old city, restaurants, cafes and all action in Seville. That said all was walkable if you are reasonably fit, uberable if not. Service was high-touch 5-star-level, except our check-in, when the small reception area was overwhelmed. We were also put in a disabled access room without being told in advance or apology. Breakfast buffet was beautiful, robust, and should work for all diets and preferences. Highlight is full service coffee bar and egg station staffed by the hardest working professionals we have ever seen pulling shots or flipping omelettes--smiling through it all. Recommend this hotel but with the caveats about location and check-in issues.

Hotel was nice but the check out process was horrible. There was no order to the process. There were 3 peiple up there checking in and out people and it was just a free for all for the customers to try to get to them. No one tried to handle the line and set order to who was there first that needed help. Also when we arrived the person at the front desk tried to up sell us a room because "our room wasnt ready yet" but when I declined, a room "became available" all of a sudden. Also after checking in, we went to go grab a little breakfast since there was still an hour left for breakfast which was included with my booking, but the lady at the entrance would not allow us to go in becaue she said it wasnt included the first day and she wanted to charge me, so I declined. It was not very customer friendly.

Property is close to Seville Train station. Convenient clean and comfortable. Only draw back is the shower that had no partition which caused water to splash and spread to rest of the bathroom. Poor design and potential hazard if patron slip and fall.

What a nice hotel. Modern, clean and excellent service. The breakfast was amazing (although quite expensive) with a cook to order area, a barista coffee bar and a fantastic selection of food. We had a superior room which wasn’t large, but had two bathrooms one with a large shower, double sink and WC, the other with bath and single sink. All was quite new and very nicely appointed. The staff were very pleasant and the service was excellent. The hotel is close to the station and about 25 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar.

Booked this hotel for a few days as a present for my partner and our anniversary as the reviews were excellent and the hotel was so reasonable.. so I was expecting good things, however this hotel completely exceeded all our expectations! Walking in to the hotel we were blown away with how beautiful everything was. The flowers, the pastry shop (which looked amazing!) and the bar/restaurant. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely man who was so friendly and extremely informative, we were given a glass of champagne, our room was ready early so we went straight up. It was tastefully decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable, there were two lots of robes and slippers, the bathroom was also stunning, they even had a hairdryer and a pair of straighteners to use, room service was 24 hours! They had also kindly left us a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries as a gesture for our anniversary. The location of the hotel was incredible, close to all public transport, however the weather was so beautiful we decided to walk into town every day and went on a couple of runs as it was a very safe area. We ran round Plaza De Espana in the morning and it was STUNNING. The gym was small but decent. Breakfast was DELICIOUS. Fresh omelettes, there’s something for everyone, breads, meats and cheeses, cereals, pancakes, churros, yogurt, fruit, there’s cava and juices and their very own coffee bar! We would return and recommend this hotel. Thank you Only You, we will be back

It would be a great stay in a well-maintained hotel, if the hotel had better and newer mattresses. Instead, there was a skinny IKEA-style mattress topper that made the sleep uncomfortable and ruined the entire impression of this establishment,

Beautiful, clean, new hotel. Amenities were excellent. It was walking distance from the soccer stadium where we watched a match. Although it was on the outskirts of the city's main attractions, it was very accessible by public transportation or a quick UBER/Bolt/Taxi ride.

Relaxing hotel that is well situated particularly for the train station. Easy walk or tram to the historic centre. Very good eating options with highly professional staff in all areas of the hotel.

The hotel is in walking distance of the beautiful city . The train station is 5 minute walk from the hotel . Airport a short drive . Great hotel to stay in .

I absolutely loved this property. From check in to departure we were treated very kindly and professionally. The room and all amenities were wonderful! The bed, pillows and linens were lovely and the bathroom was filled with lovely amenities. It is a bit of a distance from the town, yet close to the train station. We arrived on a Sunday evening, most of the area was closed and it was difficult to find any dining or shops to buy water. I would love to return to this accommodation, but it is just a bit too far from the sights of Seville. Everything else about this place was wonderful!!

We love this chain

After an absolutely lovely stay at their Valencia hotel, we sought out Only You in Seville when we travelling there. The service is excellent, the bed is incredible, and the building is gorgeous. Highly recommended!
