It was a decent hotel, and a good price without sacrificing quality or other factors. The one thing that was not great was that our room faced the main road and the windows didn’t muffle the sound of traffic much. As a result, our weekend stay ended up having two nights of noise that made it harder to sleep.

Our overall stay was okay, but there were several issues. The check-in attendant seemed unsure of what he was doing. The hotel itself looks quite outdated. The A/C didn’t work properly and kept turning off. When we tried calling the front desk, the phone kept disconnecting. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and the TV didn’t work even after following the on-screen instructions. Breakfast was just okay—there was no yogurt or milk for the cereal, and the coffee wasn’t great. Will not be coming back here

"The hotel was really nice and in great condition—everything felt modern and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s located in a safe area, which added peace of mind. Breakfast was average, but that’s to be expected with a typical continental breakfast. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here."

The breakfast and parking were great. Location is great, super close to Dollywood, and about a 20-30 min drive from the Smokies, but our room was quite musty in smell, and even after room service, this odor didn't go away. It wasn't overbearing, but it wasn't pleasant either.

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by such a warm and friendly staff member, we knew we were in for a pleasant stay. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable about the area and offered excellent suggestions for things to do. Hire more like her.

Perfect for the price. Had no problem parking, breakfast was more than I expected which was a really nice bonus. Small hotel so not overly crowded. Front desk personnel greet you and are happy to help. Room was mostly clean. The bathroom could've been better but again for the price I can't complain. Dollies available for luggage which was nice too.

Perfect stay

Absolutely had a wonderful 4 night stay here! Breakfast was delicious- rooms were perfect! Beds very comfortable- great area- easy to get out of parking lot since there’s a red light there! Will definitely be back
