Everything was amazing except the elevator it was horrible and shook and make a lot of noise even the guys working on elevator said it's the worst they have seen but other than that the properties was amazing

The property was conveniently located to shopping, groceries and gas station and attractions in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. They were remodeling one of the 2 elevators in our building which made it harder to get our things in especially on the last night when coming back the only workign elevator was down and we had to use the stairs to the 5th floor!

My boys and I had an awesome time as usual in Pigeon Forge and we were very pleased with The Resort. Staff was super friendly and the living space was just what we needed and more. The washer and dryer made it easy to look forward to going home without extra chores.

The room was amazing. Has bunk beds. Has full kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher. Had washer dryer in the room! The pool was not as great as we wished. Overcrowded. Dirty and cold. No life jackets for littles. Arcade areas were small. Cashless property but the games all take cash…?

Plenty of activities for the kiddos they had a blast. Only suggestion I would make for the room we had the was two exit doors to the balcony and one didn't have a child top safety lock.
