Affordable, but very cozy and modern resort like almost especially the pool and lounge. It is gated and has an excellent shuttle with the airport only about 10 minutes (or less even) away. Walls between rooms maybe a bit thin, sounds and talking in the hallway and adjacent rooms is quite audible. But room itself very well appointed if minimalist which I enjoy. Enjoyed a great afternoon sunning and swimming in the fantastic pool with a tropical drink to boot before a morning flight the next day.

Excellent place to spend the night while changing flights at KLIA. Great pool and breakfast, fab staff, comfy room and a massive shower. Top of my list for overnights now.

The room was spacious. Has living-room and a bedroom. All 1-story rooms. There’s no 2nd floor and beyond. The pool was large and clean and beautiful. No AC in the lobby and other common areas coz it’s an open air exotic resort. There is AC in the rooms and the restaurant with bar. The Philly steak sandwich served at restaurant was delicious. The restaurant has stylish interior design and even has live music.

Perfect hotel for KL airport proximity

Very convenient short distance to/from KL airport. Free airport shuttle both ways. Lobby even posts flight status. Great vibe. Nice pool and gym. Spacious rooms. Nice breakfast.

Convenient to the airport, yet no airport noise. After a long flight, it's good not to have to travel further. All rooms are located on the ground level, with walkways. Great outdoor pool, gym, and spa - enjoyed the lovely spa before travelling to the UK. As a single traveler, what was noticeable was the way the staff were friendly and went out of their way to talk to me and help. That was much appreciated.

For an airport hotel this was a really lovely hotel. It had great facilities including a great pool, a nice restaurant. They even had entertainment on the evening. Overall we were very impressed and it was a comfortable stay for one evening.

This hotel was fine. It is close to the airport. The bed was tolerable, but not great. When I first arrived, the AC was not working, but rather than change my room, they sent a maintenance man who discovered that the filter screens were completely clogged. Eventually, the room did cool down but the wall controller seemed to do nothing. It was just completely on or completely off. The next morning I left the room for a quick walk when I came back the key would not open the lock. I went to the front desk and they reprogrammed the key, but no luck. Finally someone from the front desk came back to my room and discovered that the locking mechanism was dead. At this point I was getting a little nervous about needing to get to the airport. After a while they did solve the problem and I was able to get to the airport on time, but generally it feels like the discount price equals discount service and a lower quality hotel overall.

The staff are very friendly and attentive, Wide range of food selection of local and western cuisine for breakfast. The outdoor pool caters for both adult and children. We enjoyed our stay.

Rated as a four star hotel. Only two bath towels in room. No hand towels or wash clothes. I got some from the maid. Breakfast buffet have lots of stuff but the hot food stuff was cold or barely warm. Nice lady making omelets and eggs to order. Close to airport with shuttle about every hour. Also anout 8 miles from the Sepang track.

Fabulous pool. Nice but small workout room. Very comfortable room. Helpful staff. But they need to improve their food offerings in the lounge especially because the roads are too dangerous to walk offsite for food. I had dinner in the lounge one night and it was so meh that I bought some snacks and noodles while in the city and ate them for two more suppers. The menu looks good and the ingredients are good but the preparation is not so great. Cold French fries for example. But really a lovely hotel and I would be happy to stay again. The bus to airport (and express train) works although it can be hard to catch on the way back.
