The staff was really good and friendly. Having the free airport shuttle is also a good thing. However, there were quite a few issues. The AC was really noisy. We called and they sent 2 technicians. We insisted that it needed maintenance. When they took the filters out, we were horrified to see the amount of dust on them. Also, the noise insulation is very poor. Although it is located at a fair distance from the airport, the noise is not conducive to a good rest.

This property is in the middle of nowhere but near the airport with free shuttle- that’s why we chose this hotel. It is eco friendly. The food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly excellent!!

Very well run hotel that surpassed my expectations. Seemless check in, nice, spacious room, and spotless. What especially stood out was the kindness of the reception staff team member who assisted me in placing an international call to my bank on a personal cell phone, then didn't charge me and declined taking any money. Very impressed!

Convenient for the airport, but also a decent option whether flying or not. Internet wifi didn’t reach my end of the building, and would be handy to have had the times of the hourly airport transfer shown on the website; but can get there by taxi for RM25.

7 minute taxi (30 Ringit) from airport. Bed was incredibly comfortable, room was spotlessly clean, shower was really powerful. Didn’t notice any plane noise even though they flew over us. I’d agree with the comments that aircon does take some time to bring temperature down, that’s my only negative about the room - but by the time we’d walked across the road and had dinner at the nearby restaurant complex, room was icy cold. The pool is fantastic! The staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

I actually got accused of staying here for an extra day without payment when I paid up front for multiple days. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. Someone came banging on my door at 8 pm in the evening when I'm here for work and on very limited sleep. Horrible experience. I can't believe how i was treated. Never stay here.
