Independent - accommodation in Seoul

I gave 5 stars! I would come back again next time. Much better than Lotte City Hotel Mapo that we stayed at earlier. The two bedrooms and living room were clean and spacious. There were so many hidden shelves for storage that were very practical and impressive . The kitchen was perfect except that it was missing scissors and knives. There was one butter knife for 4 people.There was more than enough room in the fridge and freezer for a weeks worth of groceries for a family of four. I would definitely recommend for families looking for a kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony, clothes steamer closet. The highest shelves in the spacious closet had a thick layer of dust. My husband only noticed because he is 6 foot 3 inches and uses the shelves no one else can reach. The toilet closet and shower stall had clear glass walls that should have had a blurring film for modesty consideration. Overall I recommend for a relaxing luxurious stay in Seoul.

Great stay at the Glad Mapo hotel in Seoul. Hotel is ideally located, right next to Gongdoek station which made travelling around Seoul very easy. Room was perfect with walk in shower and plenty of space. Breakfast was good especially the Asian selection. Highly recommend a stay here, very reasonable and also easy getting to airport, local stopping train taking about an hour directly from Gongdoek station.

Beautiful hotel located along the Han River. We loved the facilities, the comfortable room, and the convenient location. It’s directly connected to a shopping mall, a department store, and an amusement park, and it’s across from Seoul Tower. The room was well equipped with a bidet, mini fridge, and high-quality toiletries. The staff was exceptionally kind—they let us borrow a plug adapter, as well as an iron and ironing board. Whenever we needed anything, room service was incredibly fast. The staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.
