Excellent location and comfort

Very comfortable stay. Hotel is in new condition as are rooms. Rooms are well appointed with washing machine and steam cabinet ( great for removing wrinkles from clothes!). Location is slightly out of touristy area and in a location surrounded my locals and their business. I loved this. There are 2 subway stations within a few minutes walk so you are connected easily with most parts of Seoul. I have already booked to stay again later in the year.

It's a very new hotel and to eujiro 3 gil station is only 4mins. Very clean. Two walk in closets, with coat steriliser, clothes steamer, wash machine and dryer, electric stove, small open kitchen, balcony. It will be excellent for longer stays as it's like a serviced apartment. However, the area is inder development and many building sites around. Security not so good so not recommend if you're staying alone as tge area is now very quiet at night, and the entrance downstairs has no security guard and no door code or door card required.

Front desk was terrible and difficult to understand. I wanted to reserve a taxi for 2 with 2 small suitcases and front desk said it was 120,000 won I questioned and said when I called the day before the front desk said it would be 85,000 won. After talking with front desk he said oh I thought you wanted a deluxe taxi I clearly told him I wanted a regular taxi with the 85,000 won price that was quoted earlier. The he said if I didn’t like his price I could get my own. Besides the front desk everything else was fantastic with the hotel and location was perfect I wish your front desk could speak and understand English better and he more hospitable.

This hotel is squeaky clean new, with all the amenities you would expect, and some you wouldn't. The area immediately adjacent is undergoing redevelopment, but the locus of 3 subway stops and the airport shuttle bus stop within 2-3 minutes walk make the location hard to beat. Myoeng-dong is about 10 minutes walk away, but my favorite is a stroll down Cheonggyecheong: a rural oasis in the middle of the city.

Overall is pretty good, location is a bit away from Myeongdong pedestrian. Bedroom is a bit small. It’s a brand new hotel, everything is new. Front desk stuff are professional and friendly.

The hotel name has Myeongdong in it but it is NOT NEAR Myeongdong in an easy sense. You have to walk 5 mins to the subway and then 2 stops later? I think - you're there. it's not a step out of the hotel and boom you're there kind of thing. Know that first. Once you get past the slight disappointment of the location, you are pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel room. It was small but still spacious enough to be comfortable as a family of 4. Downside, there is a beautiful kitchen, full fridge, etc... absolutely no kitchenware, No pots and pans, no plates or bowls, no utensils. Nothing -- it was so strange, Luckily we didn't need those things for this particular stay but I DID book this room on the premise of a kitchen as we were traveling with small children so have a kitchen is 99% of the time super useful. The place was super clean. The bathroom was located directly across from one of the bedrooms which is fine but that bedroom didn't have a door so if you're using the bathroom in the middle of night, you risk waking the person in that room up. There was only one TV in one bedroom and it was mounted on a wall that was not conducive to being in bed and relaxing (weird angles). We don't vacation to watch TV but again, when traveling with small children and you have an early evening or something, a movie in bed is often nice.

We enjoyed the stay at this new hotel. Room is spacious and beds are very comfortable . Since I'm a foreign without a local phone #, it's impossible to order any takeiut deliveries. I later found out Front desk can actually help placing delivery order i found the floor is a bit dusty.and some spots are dirty, but overall is pretty clean.
