Staff interaction was minimal. Check in/out was easy. Space/amenities were adequate. Location was excellent for my dining and excursion needs. Unfortunately, it appears my room had bedbugs, which is going to make the next few days uncomfortable, assuming I didn't carry away hitchhikers.

Great location!!

Fantastic location in the heart of Sendai! Lots of food choices nearby and the hotel staff were quite helpful. Sendai station is a 3/4 mile walk from the hotel.

水回り以外は良かった

国分町に近いので懇親会などを含めた会議の際には便利。 ただお風呂場の排水が私の部屋ではうまくいかず トイレ側にたまるといったことがあった。 水回りがちょっと難ありかも。 シャワーの圧は高く、温度も高いのでいいのだけれど。
