The room was spotless, the only thing that I would recommend to make a deep clean is the Jacuzzi tub outside. There were some green slime around the jet rings they can do some cleaning to remove the algae growth on them. We didn't use it after seeing that around the tub jets. The afternoon tea was ok. I would rather see the leftovers (from breakfast) steam corns and potatoes for tea. I'd like to see more food and tea selections. The buffet breakfast were amazing. The staffs were able to cook a variety of Indonesian foods daily amongst with other cuisine such as western foods and Indian foods. They were scrumptious and freshly juices are the best. The staffs were very helpful and definitely accommodating to our needs. Indah and Sugang (the guest hospitality staff spelled name?); they were very kind and super helpful for the duration of our stay. We stayed there 8 days and love every minutes of it. Hendra was also very helpful with our luggages and getting our transportation. We definitely missed it already!! From getting the transportation to the hotel to sight seeing the staffs were always there to help out. Massage: We had our first massage at the hotel and sadly we didn't really enjoy it. The face cradle was not comfortable, when the masseuse was massaging on the shoulder, felt like she was choking me as my face pressed down into the hole and my throat was pressed against the cradle. Was really painful and it was not soft. Use softer sheet would help.

Staff were really hospitable and friendly, always willing to lend a helping when needed. Room was spacious and clean. Really had a relaxing and restful time during my stay. Location is near to many eateries and easy to get around as well.

We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Seminyak for our honeymoon and booked the junior suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel overall offers excellent value for the price paid. You can tell the property is slightly dated in areas such as the bathroom and around the pool, which could use a refresh, but it still has great potential and strong foundations to be premium. Highlights: • Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and really great taste – the coffee was fantastic. • Staff were wonderful across the board, very friendly and attentive. • Large pool, although we wish there were more loungers with shade available as many were reserved early. • Gym was a nice feature, though it would be better with air conditioning. • We appreciated the happy hour credit, which was a lovely perk to enjoy bites and a cold coffee or beer. Overall, a very good stay with strong value for money. With a bit of renovation, this hotel could truly reach premium status.

The jacuzzi is on the top floor and kids love them. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. Hotel offer a short ride to the square for shopping so it is very convenient. Nice food around the square and do try Warung Nia!

Overall great stay. The only downfall was the meal plan tab. It’s was very confusing. They don’t do a great job of explaining the cost of things. The food service on the rooftop was awful but breakfast and lunch in the main restaurant was on point every time
