Private hotel room located within the newly remodeled Matterhorn Inn in the heart of Uptown Sedona. The private hotel room is located on the 2nd floor equipped with two Queen beds, full bathroom and Private balcony overlooking uptown Sedona and the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. We look forward to hosting you as you relax on your private balcony with your favorite beverage.

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after the 48 hour period will be charged a one night's room rate and applicable tax. Failure to show up at property is deemed a no show and guest will be charged the full amount of the guest stay including taxes.

Great Stay

Great location within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and much more. Don’t let the size fool you. This place has a lot of nice modern touches, excellent amenities, and great aesthetic appeal.
