The staff, the bed and pillows, and the design of the room and the hotel were wonderful. They're currently undergoing some construction and there were noisy bangs and clunks throughout the day - but not throughout the night.

The hotel did not handle this complaint professionally in the moment or rectify until later. The construction continued all of the days of the visit.

The constant construction noise from the adjacent room made it impossible to even watch TV. Despite my complaints, the front desk offered no solution or room change. This was a truly disappointing experience.
