Location, staff, rooftop area were delightful. Easy ride to piers for cruise departures. However the toilets in the rooms were very low, perfect for kindergartners but not for adults. Carpeting in all the hallways was difficult for rolling bags or luggage cart. Single small elevator which must be shared with housekeeping. Leave extra time for departure as a result.

For being downtown and having a number of transients around, the area around the hotel is pretty well maintained. Staff is excellent and go above and beyond. We have stayed multiple times and have learned to ask for a room in third or fourth floor to avoid the street noise and marijuanna smell. Price point is great for Seattle and we highly recommend this property. Rooms can be smaller but this is still one of our favorite little gems we have found.

The property is relatively close to the major attractions and the cruise lines. The hotel staff are delightful and helpful. The hotel itself is dated. The room size was small especially for the cost.

Kind of sketchy neighborhood for 2 or 3 blocks. Talked to police who were a presence on the street. They said the city is adding more officers to improve that area. Hotel was clean and well stocked. Rooms were small but comfortable. Staff was extra helpful to hold our bags for us while we went sightseeing after checking out and while on ferry trip to Victoria. Much appreciated.

This is an amazing hotel, just very unfortunate that the number of lost soles / homeless in a very close proximity. Safety, caution and be aware of your surroundings at all times. Security Guards on site and watching patrons as best they can. Would I stay here again, yes.

The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, excellent staff, very expensive parking. The neighborhood was scary that was the trade off to be close to the Space Needle.
