Good location, walking distance to downtown, Pike's Place, Paramount Theatre. Receptionist recommended walking NOT on third street to avoid the palces where unhoused people are most likely to be sleeping, which I found was good advice.

Very Nice location

The hotel is very nice, excellent location for discovering the city. The neighborhood is okay but not sure you could find anyplace in Seattle where you're not going to encounter some homeless and otherwise questionable individuals. I would stay there again. Nice rooftop to relax.

This hotel in Seattle was perfect for an overnight stay. Belltown Inn was in a great location and several restaurants are nearby. The hotel felt very safe after I returned around midnight with security guard and key card only access into the building. My room faced the courtyard and was very quiet and I fell asleep right away. I would definitely stay here again after a concert.

Staff was great and very friendly. Room was clean with clean sheets and a good bed, The neighborhood was the main drawback; let's just say there were a lot unlicensed, amateur *ahem* "pharmacists" in the area. As an out-of-towner, I did not know anything about the neighborhood. Parking was also a bit dodgy, as I was asked to pay $35 for a space in a public parking lot that costs only $15 for an overnight spot that was not covered and did not have an attendant--would have been cheaper and probably safer to just park on the street (free 8pm-8am) in front of the hotel. Not the worst place, but not the best, either. OK for a one-nighter if you don't want a place where you can walk around the immediate neighborhood.

The location is noisy, yet it is conveniently situated near local restaurants and markets. I was dissatisfied with the absence of parking at this hotel, as guests are required to pay extra fees for parking due to the hotel's inadequate service. The lack of a workout facility is an inconvenience for guests.
