The hotel is really nice and located close to restaurants and cruise terminal, however, the amount of homeless people right outside the entry way is a little sketchy and uneasy to go out after dark.

The staff were amazing. We had been to a few hotels on our travels before we reached Seattle. We never experienced the friendliness, the knowledge of the area, the care and attention provided to us at check in. We also dropped our luggage back for a day a week later so we could see the sights while waiting for our flight back to Australia. The staff at this hotel were next level and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for accommodation in Seattle.

The location to the waterfront was great, and the hotel and staff were very good as well. If you want to be downtown, then this place gives you a quick easy walk to the Space Needle, MOPOP, and the market. Not to mention the rooftop patio that you can enjoy as well. We will return again.

Central location within easy walking distance to the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens and Pike’s Place Market. Many restaurant options close by. Across the street from the bus lines. Unfortunately, there is a homeless population who converge close by, making our stay not as pleasant as we had expected.
