Great service

Clean, comfortable room with a refrigerator and microwave. Friendly service at check in and out, and I was able to stash my bag for a few hours at no charge while I explored the area. Would definitely stay again.

Easy, clean, personable. We had a large group and several rooms for our pre-cruise stay. Shuttle service to port in the AM was perfect! We were all extremely happy with our stay, and highly recommended!

Unfortunately, there's a lot of homeless in the area and they do like to hang out on the street in front of the hotel. At night walking I did feel a little uncomfortable at one point. Thankfully nothing happened, but there was a little uneasiness there.

The Belltower has a swanky downtown Seattle vibe. There is always somebody behind the front desk ready to help with any questions or concerns. Since I was traveling alone, I was not happy with the room I was in because it was on the first floor with a window looking into an alleyway. They did not question my reasoning, and without hesitation moved my room to the fifth floor. I was very impressed that I did not have to argue my way out of this room. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The towels are good size and feel new. There is always water in the lobby and coffee in the morning. The rooftop is absolutely perfect if you want to see the Seattle views. The location is very convenient for someone that wants to visit all the tourist areas. Halfway between the space, needle and pipe place, it is very easily accessible. With that being said, the immediate surrounding area is not safe after dark. There are homeless services close by so that attracts some of the street folks and they do mind their own business. If you plan for transportation, after dark, you shouldn't have any issues. I highly recommend the hotel despite those challenges and would stay again.

Very clean. Extremely friendly staff with an easy check in and out process. Shuttle to the cruise terminals was easy and only $ 10 per person. Restaurants nearby and an amazing breakfast place next door. The only knock was the park next door drew some shady characters after hours, but there was security around the hotel. Great place to stay!

This was my 4th stay at Belltown Inn and I will be back. The rooms are clean and cozy, I'm able to park in the lot across the street and then walk basically everywhere I go the rest of my trip and some of my favorite food places are right there. The staff is always super friendly and make great recommendations on food and things to see

pre or post cruise. The hotel is no frills (no coffee in room or breakfast)it is very clean and quiet, but does have very nice kitchenette. It is walking distance to the waterfront and eateries.The staff are very warm and helpful. They assisted in arranging transport from the airport and to the cruise port. Communication was first rate. Highly recommend!
