Buliding was nicley gaurded specially for the vehicles. Everything look, except when we went into the room. It smelled like cigarette, beds were good, restroom was meh, and the sofa bed was not the best.

The elevator was not working and it appeared to have been out of service for a while. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. No advance notice was given so we could have made other arrangements and no staff offered to assist with luggage. The parking lot was confusing trying to determine spaces for the property versus the neighboring property.

Our flight was delayed and we arrived to the Seattle airport when the rental place had closed already. We then took a lyft to the hotel. Due to a long flight and just trying to get some rest, we ended up in the other Surestay hotel. Staff was really kind and helpful, their shuttle took us to the right hotel. When we arrived at the right property, everything was cleaned and it gave us peace of mind to finally rest and start our short getaway in Seattle.
