The room was kept all clean and the equipment was well maintained. It is walk-in distance from Symphony station which goes to the airport, it was so convenient that multiple bus stops are also nearby. There’s a small grocery store in 1 minute which was also useful! The only thing that I was not happy is the bath plug with which finger was slightly cut. Be careful when using it!

When we checked in the front desk person was not friendly. And we did what we could to avoid her. The rest of the staff was really friendly and always helpful which made up for the front desk lady. Our stay was perfect and we will stay again. Loved that we could walk everywhere.

This place was very convenient to pikes market and other attractions. Lots of ebikes and e scooters around to get to places farther than a mile.

A nice property with a sleek, modern decor that is close to downtown Seattle attractions. The most glaring detraction is the overall access to the lobby and rooms as the elevators are limited in number and were very slow to appear most of the time.
