Everything was great at the hotel, staff very welcoming. My only problem was with shuttle arrangement to get from airport to hotel. It is difficult to contact the hotel to learn when a shuttle will pickup. It is difficult to identify the shuttle when it arrives at airport.

We were very surprised with this hotel considering what we paid. the reception staff were excitant even honoring our request for a later check out. We stayed overnight on a flight from overseas to avoid a red eye flight. They have a shuttle service for the airport. The only downside of the shuttle is that it runs on the half hour and we had to stand out in the cold because the pickup is not close to warmth at the airport. Coming from Hawaii we weren’t dresses for the 20’s. But the room was fabulous, the staff wonderful. The breakfast substantial and the bed pretty comfortable.
