The staff was short and rude on the phone. The hotel was quite dingy, the elevator is slow and limited, the round the clock noise kept us up through the night. The room keys were programed so that every evening i had to have them programed again for each day. When I asked why only 1 day of access to a 3 night reservation I was told that it must be my fault for erasing the key. Hotel shuttle was the only one of 10 other local shuttles that took over 40 minutes to circulate. Every other hotel shuttle came by 6 times in 40 mins compared to Comfort Inn. Not recommended for business or pleasure.

The room was clean, the staff was kind and courteous. They answered all of our questions and helped with anything we needed. The shuttle service was great. It provided transportation to and from the mall and the airport. It really helped us save a lot of money that we would've used just to travel back and forth.
