The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable! Everyone there was super nice and the doorman remembered every detail about what we had talked to him about. Very friendly service! Would definitely recommend!

The staff was very kind and supportive. They texted along the way to give advice and suggestions. Also, the location was great. The cleanliness could improve a bit but it wasn't so dirty you couldn't sleep there. Overall a good place with a great location.

The staff is very nice. The room was clean, but the bathroom door doesn't have a lock on it. Great bonus: the toilet had an electric bidet seat. They also include complimentary rubber slippers.

The room was amazing! The staff was also extremely welcoming. Shoutout to Kumiko for making this THE hotel for us to go to. Even through just emails Kumiko was extremely attentive and helpful with questions I had which made the whole process 10000 times smoother and enjoyable.

Suprisingly good. The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable bed. And the location is amazing. Parking is outrageous so we took the lightrail which worked beautifully.

The room and bathroom was very clean, with big windows to see the city. This hotel had a great location, within walking distance to downtown/Pike Place. All the staff was very friendly as well.

For a hotel located in downtown Seattle, I honestly expected much more. Parking is not included and they use a “designated” parking service through LAZ Parking, which charges a flat $56 per day — extremely expensive and inconvenient. The hotel itself offers almost no amenities, which was disappointing for the price and location. On top of that, the hallways had a strange, unpleasant smell throughout our stay, which really took away from the experience. Overall, this place might be fine if you just need somewhere to sleep, but for the cost and being in such a prime area, it did not meet expectations at all. I wouldn’t stay here again unless there were major improvements
