One night stay. King room, medium sized tv; however, it was not connected to the signal box. (No HDMI cable or other connection) Microwave not plugged in or even near an outlet.(it had to be physically moved to an outlet) Coffee,creamer,and sugar but no coffee pot. Informed front desk of tv issue and was told someone would take care of it, no one did. Closet with no hangers for clothes. Bathroom was nice, plenty of towels. Bed was soft and comfortable. Quiet room.

Everything in the Hotel was broke except the register to charge you! The many things wrong was the ATM was out of order, then vending machine was out of order, the gym combination code on door didn't work couldn't get in, the elevator went out of order after we checked in on the fourth floor with 42 stairs I had to walk up & down, and I'm disabled, and after breakfast we had to walk up the 42 stairs to the fourth floor and the key wouldn't open the door so luckily my wife walked down to the desk to get a new key. I stayed at this Hotel before and had no problem it was great but this time I doubt if I'll stay at a Clarion Hotel again especially this one in Renton. It's funny all the Clarion Hotels I stayed at, the elevators don't work? What a nightmare!!!

The pictures do NOT represent the reality of this place. This place is a section 8 housing unit. There is trash all over, broken down vehicles, homeless around the buiding. Nothing was posted was a reality of what i experienced there I have photos and this site wouldn't upload them😡

The property is in need of updates/upgrades. There were so many issues, holes in the walls, everything is 50 years old and poorly maintained. The workers were nice enough. But the facility was awful.

Scary area, drug deals and prostitutes, elevator broke down and did not get fixed. carpet was sticky in several places. Fire alarm went off at 9am for at least 15 minutes. front of building falling apart and just had caution tape around it. No smoke detector in our room. Bathtub had big chunks out of it. Staff were friendly and free breakfast was good.

The concierge was very nice but this place is too dirty. It smelled like old food. The walls in the room were stained grey. The TV remote was greasy, filthy and didn't work. I couldn't stay, I went to a different hotel.

Unfortunately, I found my stay to be very unpleasant! It seemed as if the hot water was deliberately disabled in the sink, the bathroom facility was not very good, and there appeared to be mold on the ceiling from a leak in the ceiling. Finally, entering the building was a horrible experience Because of the aroma in the lobby area, very unpleasant!
