Things were broken, bed was dirty, drawer was missing, tv was super small and outdated. Fire sprinklers were hanging off ceiling, no body wash in room. No usb ports in room. Hotel smelled bad. Checking in took like half an hour.

It is an ok place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable, and the hot breakfast was good. The property is just sort of run-down looking. We were told they were going through a management change. I went out into the hall near our room, and immediately smelled skunk (pretty sure it was weed), coming from another room nearby. If possible to find a room at about the same price somewhere else, I would probably go with another place.

It was unorganized front desk said different things to different people checking in. When told that nothing worked in the room said it was our fault. No tv,no ac, phone didn't work so you couldn't call front desk, we were told maintenance was on break then lunch then showed up at 10:10pm we were asleep by then.. after driving for 6 hours-- was told there were no other rooms to move to that had 2 beds...but when i complained and checked out she changed her answer... everything was horrible...and the breakfast was not what is showing on the reservation picture... This Place doesn't even deserve a 1 star

Cable box didn’t work and the room seemed to have an electrical issue. I plugged in a lamp that was unplugged and the outlet sparked and continued it until it was unplugged again. Cable box power cable was malfunctioning as well.

Property has gone downhill

We waited at counter for almost 15 minutes before anyone showed up while a lady, behind me, was discussing spending the night with a man. On arrival scantly ladies were at the entrance. I asked about it and I was told the Hotel was under new management and it is what it is. I have been coming here over 20 years for myself, my family and for my VA visits. At 6:15am ladies were in front door waiting for their rides. When I called and spoke to the manager, Keith, he called me a liar about not having any hot water and when I informed him of Ladies prosecuting on the property I got a cussing, and he suggested that I must have been the one requesting the service. My daughter would have loved that one. Being a pastor and my son in law and daughter with me, to drive me home after my surgery, could not believe that I would stay in this place. It was humiliating.

The room had stains on the sheets and the curtains are torn up and stained one of the towels had pubic hair and lock was broken to door . The room along with the building is not what is advertised it is old and worn down. . I have pictures to all of this .

Breakfast was good and hot. Hotel is old and common areas not maintained well. Room was clean and bes was comfortable. No clock in room, sraoes were did the hook, the tub was old and chipped up badly. Would not stay here again.

We stayed 7 days and the room was cleaned once even though we asked everyday. We ate the same breakfast every morning (no variety) and no cranberry juice provided even though offered. The 2 clothes washers were out of order even though advertised as having an active laundry room. Something nice, the hotel is located 5 minutes from a large mall that had plenty of restaurants around it to choose from.

The room was dirty, bed sheet stained, bath tub stained, toilet was dirty. The shower head had rust and mold. I couldn’t even shower. The room smelled like cigarettes and I have asthma. Spent $550 just to check in for 30 minutes and had to check out immediately for the sake of my health. Spent another $700 to book another hotel last minute at 2am. Was not refunded for the stay either. Save your money and pay a little more else where, Do not book here.

This is a dump. Breakfast is not delicious, its minimal. My key stopped working. The finish on tub is gone, Holes in curtains and half off the window, furniture very chipped. Sink is fine, carpet and bed okay. Loud AC. Room over mine very noisy 4x in the middle of the night. Finally stopped at 4am.

Property is not well cared for. Our room smelled like urine and we were given a suite. It didn’t smell but curtains were off hooks and couches looked like I didn’t want to sit on them. It was weekend and trash in hallways overflowing and several bags. We were locked out of room every morning and I met several people that were also locked out. Front Desk woman was the best help. It makes st be embarrassing to work there though
