Easy airport, great lady at the front desk. First room was dirty and overall the rooms and hotel could use improvement and a better eye for cleanliness. I expected better from the pictures, but the rooms are a bit run down in person.

Excellent free shuttle service from the airport. Guest service checked us in with a pleasant greeting. The room is modern and aesthetically pleasing. Shower water is hot and great pressure. Just having and overall great experience. Thank you ALOFT!!

Convenience - We had an early flight boarding at 5:20am. When we checked in, the front desk agent explained how to drop off our car at the rental center, take the shuttle to the airport, and catch the hotel shuttle back to the hotel. Then in the morning we were able to take the hotel shuttle to the airport in ample time to make our flight. Everything went well.
