This "shack" was perfect for attending a conference on the campus for the week! Easy access, great little backyard to look at and close to everything. Amanda was great and her husband! We had a little incident with some ants (lots of rain) and they responded quickly and had it resolved. Thank you for a great stay!

Communication was great! This is a house divided into 3 sections, I think. So it’s a tri-plex with 3 separate entrances. Each portion has their own parking spots that are clearly marked, along with directions to enter the part you rented. Combination lock makes entry simple.Everything was clean & well-supplied. Very peaceful at the back of the house. Private backyard. Safe area. Sidewalks are great for walking. Good lighting after dark. Very active community after dark with many out walking. Friendly area. Grocery stores & restaurants within walking distance.
