The staff was very helpful when I asked for help. My room was very clean and the heating system worked quite nicely seeing that it was 1 19°F most nights.

Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. We had to leave before breakfast because of weather however they had a few items ready for those of us who were leaving early.
