Renovated Nearly Beachfront 4BR 3.5B townhome, Midtown SIC, Spectacular views!

Our 4 BR 3.5 bath home is only the second property from the beach and offers beach front like views from the living areas. There are no streets to cross and there is immediate access to the beach and promenade. Our property features a North/South layout (our unit is South facing) in lieu of the traditional East/West townhome typical of Sea Isle which offers HUGE deck space as well as the look, privacy, and feel of a single home. This is NOT your typical rental property.

Our home continues to receive renovations each year. These have included all new premium paint and trim throughout all interior living areas, new designer coordinated furniture and decorations, new luxury mattresses/bedding, new Hunter Douglas window treatments, new flooring (hardwood and carpet), new hardwood stair treads and railings, a brand new high end kitchen, updates to all 4 bathrooms, 5 brand new LED/LCD TVs, and premium deck furniture for all 3 decks. We have also installed a custom awning utilizing high end Italian fabric covering the HUGE deck (31' wide) on the main floor that is NOT shared with anyone else.

In addition to it's immediate proximity to the beach and it’s many amenities, our home is very conveniently in a midtown location (50th st) and features a very short walk to many great restaurants including La Fontana Coast, Dock Mike’s Pancake house, Fractured Prune donut shop, Azzuria Pizzeria, Sea Isle Deli, and Mrs. Brizzles delicatessen. The 62nd street shopping plaza, including Acme grocery store, is also very close by.

Overview of all rooms:

1st Bedroom 1st floor, Master Bedroom – Features a Queen bed w/ additional storage drawers, dresser, nightstand, ocean/beach views, 55” Smart flat screen TV, a private full bathroom, ceiling fan, and a sliding door that opens to a large 1st floor deck.

2nd bedroom 1st floor – Queen bed, dresser, 39" TV, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, and a slider opening to the 1st floor deck with beach/ocean views. Shares larger full bathroom with 3rd bedroom on 1st floor.

3rd bedroom 1st floor – Bunk beds with 2 full mattresses, and a dresser/mirror. 32" TV with attached Roku. Perfect for kids. Shares full bathroom with 2nd bedroom on 1st floor.

4th bedroom 3rd floor – Junior master suite with queen bed, private full bathroom, 39" Smart LED TV, and large attached deck with ocean views. Deck has a 48" round table with 2 sling chairs covered in padded weatherproof fabric - coordinated and matching with other deck furniture.

Main living area – This is our favorite room of the house. Due to the north/south layout of our property, this room is extra wide and features sweeping views of the beach and ocean. There is a sleeper sofa , chair and a half with ottoman, loveseat, gas fireplace, and 55” Samsung LED Smart TV with Blu Ray player. Walk out from either of 2 sliding doors to an amazing covered deck - see more details below and attached pictures.

Main floor deck - This area is nearly 31' wide providing huge entertaining/relaxing space for your family. This is NOT shared with anyone else! Furnished with 2 tables and seating for 10+. A custom awning covers the entire span of the deck permitting comfortable enjoyment of the deck even during the intense heat.

Kitchen – 39” white premium cabinets trimmed with beautiful crown molding, granite countertops, subway tiling, pendent accent lighting, mosaic tiled flooring, and matching LG stainless appliance suite including counter depth refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, gas range/oven and microwave. Also included is a toaster, coffee maker (for full pots), Keurig machine, crock pot, and a full set of plates and silverware. The dining table accommodates up to eight with alternate seating available via stools under the countertop.

Garage – Feel free to store your beach gear in here. An extra refrigerator is provided for storing extra beverages, ice, and beach food/snacks! There is also a bucket of kids beach toys provided for your use. **Now includes a collection of beach chairs and grill**

Outside Area and Parking – Up to 3 car parking maximum. Park in front of the garage in the driveway as well as in the back of the house. An outside enclosed shower is provided as well for your convenience.

Extras/Amenities – The use of 8 beach tags are shared with our guests. High speed wireless internet access (250MB/sec+) included.

Cancellation policy - 100% refunded if >60 days to check-in, 50% 31-60 days prior, and 0% within 30 days

Policy - Minimum rental age 30, families ONLY. Absolutely no groups/parties.
