A completely remodeled (thanks hurricane Sandy!!) 1st floor apartment with modern amenities, huge wrap around screened in porch, 3 bedrooms, and your own private outdoor grill. Most importantly, just a one block walk to the beach and one block over from life guard approved swimming area. This unit is a self-contained, completely private apartment from the rest of the house (also listed on VRBO--sleeps 14!! VRBO #1998912).

*Private entrance with one driveway parking spot
*Self-contained apartment with no connection to the rest of the house ensuring complete privacy
*3 bedrooms (one queen, two twins and two kid friendly bunk beds)
*Full HD cable and wireless high-speed internet
*Full modern kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, plates, cups and silverware
*HUGE wrap around screened in porch with deck furniture. Keeps the bugs out and the fun in
*Baseboard heat and wall mounted A/C units in every room
*Private propane grill
*Shared washer/dryer in back of the house
*Shared garage with upstairs to store bikes, chairs, beach games
*The unit is professionally cleaned between each stay
*We do not rent to groups below the age of 25, sorry!
*Special notes: Each bed has comforter and pillows provided, however, tenet must bring their own sheets, pillowcases and towels for their stay
